Briana Torres studied contemporary/lyrical, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tap as she grew up in New Jersey. She went on to dance in college taking two paths. First, at Mason Gross School of the Arts where she found a love for modern dance and dancing to live music in the studio. Second, becoming a four-year member of the Top Three, nationally-ranked Rutgers University Dance Team. She was then featured in Dance Spirit Magazine on what it means to be a dancer and to be a team member. Bri has traveled thanks to dance to states like New York, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, Wisconsin and even choreographed in Maine. She was one of the original members of the Philly-based Introspective Movement Project where she danced live after Vice President Biden's speech while The Voice Contestant, Matthew Schuler, sang. She currently teaches/dances in New Jersey and loves incorporating Sign Language into her choreography/dancing.
